Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Service Description

We provide accent reduction coaching via telepractice. Services are not a substitute for medical speech therapy unless a licensed SLP is involved.

3. Payment & Cancellation

Fees are due before sessions. Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice incurs a 50% charge. Refunds available pro-rated for unused packages.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials (workbooks, audio files) are copyrighted. You may not distribute or resell without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

6. Governing Law

Disputes governed by Maryland law. Mandatory arbitration in Montgomery County.
